Parliament: Only 1% of crimes are committed by foreigners, says Wan Junaidi

KUALA LUMPUR: Only one percent of the crimes in Malaysia are committed by foreigners, says Deputy Home Minister Datuk Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
